Summary
When you wish to record a new message for the caller to hear as part of an IVR or hunt group message.
Steps
Add the steps involved :
For each message that you wish to record call +6495518498.
It is recommended that your use the Skype for Business client with a decent headset to call in, as it provides superior audio quality when compared with traditional phones and mobiles.
When voicemail answers, record the message and follow the prompts.
Repeat the above steps for each of the messages you wish to record. The recorded messages will be delivered to Lucidity for editing.
If you already have recordings or would like to use your computer to make the recordings, just send files to support@lucidity.co.nz
