We have added a new application called Lucidity Desktop Manager to run in the system tray icon area. If you mouse over the Lucidity icon, the application will show you the name of the server you are connected to, and the time you logged in to your session.

If you double click on the icon, you can see system information that may be helpful for a technician to assist you in the event of troubleshooting a problem. You can also click on the Contact Information tab to see contact information for support and general enquiries.

Depending on what applications your administrator has assigned you will depend on what icons you have published on your desktop.

All users will have the This PC icon in the top left of the desktop. This opens Windows Explorer to where your documents live.

You can change the colour scheme of your desktop by right clicking on an empty section of the desktop and choosing the Personalize option.
