The first time you use a Single Sign On application on a new computer, you may be prompted to install a browser plugin that allows this to happen.

Depending on which web browser you use, you may have a slightly different experience, but the objective is the same.

Below, we show you how to install the browser plug-in for popular web browsers.

These browsers are supported on Windows.

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Google Chrome
  • Firefox

When you click on a single sign on application and the browser plugin is not already installed, you will see a window like this in your web browser.

Click the Install Now green button to proceed.

Depending on which browser you use, the branding may be slightly different to below, but the process is essentially the same.

Click on the button to add the plug-in to your browser.

If prompted to confirm, click Add/Yes/OK.

Different browsers present a summary in different ways, but you should see a confirmation that the plugin is installed.

You should now be able to click on Single Sign On apps in Lucidity 365 and they should open directly in a new browser tab.
