Lucidity uses security questions to provide you with a secondary method to identify yourself online when resetting a password or unlocking your user account. The security questions are designed to be memorable to you but hard for anyone else to guess.

The Lucidity Cloud Control Panel provides functionality for you to reset your password / unlock your account instantly rather than contacting the Lucidity Support Desk.

Set-up your Security Questions

The Lucidity Cloud Control Panel is accessible in the following internet browsers:

  • Microsoft Edge

  • Google Chrome

  • Mozilla Firefox

  • Safari

  • To set your security questions, click on your name located at the top of your screen.

  • Once you click on your name, you will be redirected to a page where you can (a) reset your own password and (b) configure your security questions.

Note - you do not need to change your password when setting security questions

Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) Settings

Please note - The “MFA not being enabled for your account” warning message applies to logging  into Lucidity Cloud Control Panel only. You may have MFA enabled for your Microsoft Online Services but disabled for the Lucidity Cloud Control Panel. If you would like this feature enabled for the Control Panel, please contact your Lucidity Account Manager.

  • Navigate to the Manage your Security Questions section

  • You need to configure three security questions. For each security question, select a memorable question from the dropdown. There is a wide range of questions for you to choose from. You can additionally type your own security question, but our selection are typically the most memorable questions

Please note - You need to get the spelling right on these answers as it will need to match when you reset your password using the security questions.
Security Questions can be changed/updated after you have save them, by logging into the Control Panel with your valid password.

  • Click “Update” to save your security questions

  • You will then be able to see a message saying “Changes successfully saved” which means these security questions are now setup.
