Open an Internet Browser (Google Chrome is recommended) and go to https://lucidity365.com
Enter your organisations Lucidity 365 workspace name (typically your company name or domain).
Enter your Microsoft 365 username and password to sign into your account.
If you are logging in on a new/different device, the first time you open a Single Sign-On app, you will be prompted to install the My Apps Secure Sign-In Extension.
Click Install Now (it should only take a couple of seconds).
You will be directed to the Chrome Web Store to install the My Apps Secure Sign-In Extension.
Click Add to Chrome.
Click Add Extension.
This extension is required to launch specific applications which use Single Sign-On as the method to authenticate.
When the extension has been successfully installed you will see a blue square icon in the top right-hand corner of your Chrome browser like below:
