This guide demonstrates how to sign into your Microsoft 365 account with multi-factor authentication. 

1. Open a web browser and go to the Microsoft 365 login page

2. Sign in with your username and password. After you enter your username, you'll be taken to a Lucidity branded screen to enter your password.

3. On your computer screen you'll be notified that an approval request has been sent.

4. Open the Microsoft Authenticator app on your mobile phone to view the notification. Select Approve.
