The Outlook web version can be installed like an app in Chrome and Microsoft Edge. It means you can pin the Outlook web app to your computer home screen or taskbar so it can be accessed easily and also when offline.
Microsoft Edge Instructions
- Log into Outlook on the Web with your work Microsoft 365 account in Edge
- Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of your browser window
- Select Apps > Install this site an as app
Google Chrome Instructions
- Log into Outlook on the Web with your work Microsoft 365 account in Chrome
- Click on the 3 dots in the top right corner of the browser window and select Install Outlook

You can right-click the Outlook icon on your taskbar to pin it to the taskbar:
