The Outlook Report Message add-in can be added to the Outlook desktop app and Outlook for the web. It allows you to report suspicious messages as junk, phishing, or not junk and optionally send a copy of the message to Microsoft to improve their Office 365 spam filtering services.

To add the Report Message button to Outlook, click on the Get Add-ins button on the Outlook ribbon.

A window will open for you to view available add-ins. Search "report message" in the add-ins search bar and select Add when it comes up.

If the report message add-in isn't available, contact your IT department or Lucidity Support.

Click Continue.

The Report Message button will then be added to the Outlook ribbon.
