Steps to enable Call Forwarding:

1. Log into teams with your Microsoft 365 credentials

2. Click on the user profile icon at the top right in the Teams app and select ‘Manage Account’

3. On the left hand side options, select ‘calls’:

4. Then select ‘Forward my calls’

5. From the drop down box select ‘new number or contact’ :

6. Enter the number you wish to forward calls to, and then click on the ‘X’ to close the window. – the changes will save automatically. 

Steps to remove call forwarding:

1. Log into teams with your Microsoft 365 credentials

2. Click on the user profile icon at the top right in the Teams app and select ‘Settings’

3. On the left hand side options, select ‘calls’

4. Under ‘Call answering rules’ select ‘Calls ring me’ then click the ‘X’ to close the window
